IAMS, Novartis, and Pfizer Canada

The Cat Action Team receives support from several major animal care companies:

IAMS Eukanuba Pet Food Company offers a monthly supply of cat food to feed feral colonies. Since June 2005, CAT has received over 2,500 pounds of IAMS cat food. Many thanks to Dr. David Kozuch, the IAMS representative. Thanks also to the Atlantic Veterinary College for shipping and storing this food. Many feral colonies have benefited from this supply.

Novartis Pharmaceuticals donates anesthetic drugs to the CAT program at the Atlantic Veterinary College. Some of these products, used to sedate the cats before handling them, are expensive, and we are grateful for this donation.

Pfizer Canada provides Revolution™ to the Atlantic Veterinary College and to clinics around the province. This topical product protects cats from intestinal worms and fleas for one month. Pfizer also donates vaccines for feline respiratory disease and rabies for use during CAT clinics at the Atlantic Veterinary College.
